Shipping policy

Oak & Ember Recovery currently ships within the continental United States.

Shipping Rate:

• A flat $500 freight shipping fee applies to eligible sauna and cold plunge order unless otherwise stated at checkout. 

Shipping Time:

• Estimated transit time is 5-10 business days. Processing time may apply before shipment, and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and freight carrier scheduling.

Freight Delivery:

• Because our products are large and heavy, orders may be delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to coordinate delivery.

Order Tracking:

• Tracking or shipment information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Damage:

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order information.
